The Key to Resolving Conflict: Ask The Right Questions!
Purpose: To give the participant the basic questioning framework to unveil true interests as part of resolving conflict.
We are always three to four questions away from the truth, but only if we ask the right questions. Gaining understanding of a person's true interest is the key to resolving any conflict and is far more difficult than one might think. To be effective, the listener must learn to ask penetrating questions, and also be skilled at listening to the response and following up appropriately. Furthermore, the participant will learn about "The Danger of Statements in Collaborative Discussions," which will open the student to the landmines in interpersonal communication.
This workshop can be conducted in a 2 or 4 hour format
