After the Assessment Phase is complete, the CultureMD team will carefully review the information, prepare a report and discuss the findings with the client. This is the stage of the process where the cultural issues are clearly defined. Although it is tempting once all of the information is gathered to begin throwing out solutions, in our experience, heading down the solution path too soon just leads to blue sky derailment of the process. Thus, CultureMD will seek input from the client about the results of the Assessment Phase and CultureMD and the client will work together to carefully define and agree on the issues that the client wants to address. Once these guidelines are clearly defined, the client and Culture MD will work together to determine a proper course of treatment appropriate to the Diagnosis.
