Associate Surveys

Associate, or employee, surveys are a critical component of a healthy culture. CultureMD will create a customized, on-line survey (or hard copy for those without access to the internet) for your organization that will be fielded to all people in your organization. Each survey will be accompanied by a letter from the CEO asking for their candid input and guaranteeing complete confidentiality to ensure the associates anonymity. The first survey will create a baseline on the health of your organization's culture. Follow-up surveys, administered in 6- month intervals thereafter, will give you a complete picture of your organization's progress. This positive and/or negative feedback will allow you to "fish where the fish are," and will model reinforcement of your commitment to your culture.
