The goal at this stage of the process is only to identify the reality of the current culture, pinpointing potential issues that need to be addressed.

Once we have carefully listened, understood and gained the perspectives about the strengths and weaknesses of our client's culture, we will begin the process of further investigating key areas to determine the underlying causes of the cultural concerns identified. CultureMD uses various diagnostic tools such as personality assessments, work-role assessments, interactive meetings with management and employees, among many other effective, high-quality tools to diagnose these current concerns. Most often, the assessment process quickly reveals "culture killers" (people and process) and provides an excellent foundation on which to proceed.

Associate, or employee, surveys are a critical component of a healthy culture. CultureMD will create a customized, on-line survey (or hard copy for those without access to the internet) for your organization that will be fielded to all people in your organization. Each survey will be accompanied by a letter from the CEO asking for their candid input and guaranteeing complete confidentiality to ensure the associates anonymity.
